Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless other
arrangements are made with an Azure Ink.
We take extra care in packaging your order
for shipment and have high regard for Priority Mail
however Azure Ink does not guarantee that products
will be delivered by Priority Mail on time and/or without damage.
Damaged product may be re-ordered thru Azure Ink,
and a claim for damages be made with USPS directly.
Azure Ink may or may not participate in the claim
at the sole discretion of its owners and partners.
Please allow 5-7 business days
after giving final approval for package to ship.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are determined on an individual basis,
at the sole discretion of Azure Ink.
If an order must be cancelled before going to production,
there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the order total or $100,
whichever is greater.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure
that proper spelling, grammar, colors, and
ANY OTHER PRINTED INFORMATION is correct in the proofs
they are provided before indicating their approval
to send the job to production.
The client agrees to pay any and all costs in the event
that an order needs to be reproduced due to errors
that exist in proofs that have received client approval.
